Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of all clients and ensure the highest quality service, Ashley Serene Aesthetics kindly asks that you review the following appointment policies.
Appointment Booking
Appointments are reserved especially for you. A valid card will be required to hold your appointment when booking.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the scheduled service price.
No-Show Appointments
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 20% of the scheduled service cost.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their service shortened to accommodate the next client. Full-service fees will still apply.
Grace Period
A 10-minute grace period is provided. After that time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Card on File
A credit or debit card may be kept securely on file to enforce the cancellation policy if necessary.
